The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) has lifted the two year ban imposed on Manchester City by UEFA. Following the hearing , the CAS panel concluded that the decision issued on 14th February 2020 by UEFA should be set aside and replaced by the following: a) Man City has contravened Article 56 of the club licensing and Financial fair play regulation s. b)Man City shall pay a fine of EUR 10,000,000 to UEFA within 30 days from the date of the issuance of the arbitral award. The judgement has been reduced as some of the allegations by UEFA could not be substantiated. As a group today, that was the best performance under Arteta.” Arsena
