UEFA has banned Manchester City from participating in the Champions League and all its competitions for 2 years over financial fair play issues.The club believes the investigation was flawed and UEFA were out to get them from the start by acting as judge,jury and executioner.Man City can appeal the decision to Court of Arbitration of Sports (which has power to confirm the ban,reduce the penalties or send it back to CFCB) or go to the courts in Switzerland.The Swiss Supreme Court has the power to confirm or alter the ban.
